BHUTAN AUTOMATION specializes in manufacturing and implementation of state-of-the-art automation systems and other secondary equipment for industrial applications. It is a Joint Venture Company of Druk Green Power Corporation (DGPC), Bhutan and Andritz Hydro Private Limited (AHPL), India.

At BHUTAN AUTOMATION, we strive to lead the industry by delivering lasting automation and control solutions for evolving energy systems — through design, engineering, manufacturing, implementation and ongoing support.

Druk Green Power Corporation

DGPC, a subsidiary of Druk Holding and Investments (DHI), manages Bhutan’s renewable energy projects — particularly hydropower — to enhance the country’s wealth sustainably. It owns and operates four hydropower plants (BHP, CHP, KHP, THP) and invests in the Nikachhu and Khorlochhu projects, alongside an ISO-certified hydropower service centre.

Andritz Hydro Private Limited

AHPL, based in India, is a subsidiary of Andritz Hydro GmbH (Austria). It is a key player in India’s hydropower sector, supplying equipment and services across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand — leveraging Andritz Hydro’s 120 years of global expertise, with installed equipment generating over 420,000 MW worldwide.
